Operations Lead - EMEA Region

We are Two Circles, a leading sports marketing and data technology company. As a four-time Sports Agency of the Year, we work with over 250 sports properties, including the Premier League, NFL, F1, FIFA, World Rugby, IOC, Wimbledon, and Juventus.

Our Operations function is critical to supporting our rapid growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a visionary and people-focused Operations Lead to join our EMEA region team in Paris, Bern, and Cologne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Group Executive Director of EMEA to drive effective client processes
  • Work with the EMEA leadership team to monitor and measure delivery excellence, including client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership and legal counsel to oversee contract negotiations
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across key global client projects
  • Lead the implementation of new platforms, technologies, and working processes
  • Work closely with the Leadership and Finance team to track, protect, and grow margin
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive change where needed
  • Support the marketing & communications team in developing EMEA-specific news
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
