Bereichsleiter Operations (m/w/d)

Unser Mandant ist ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen mit Sitz in Großraum Dortmund, das weltweit elektrische Bauteile entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt. Als Bereichsleiter Operations (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Leitung des Unternehmensbereiches Operations verantwortlich und übernehmen die Führung der fünf Abteilungsleiter.

Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung und Leitung des Unternehmensbereiches Operations, einschließlich Fertigung an zwei Standorten, Einkauf, Industrial Engineering und Supply Chain
  • Planung und Sicherung der operativen Prozesse für die Zielerreichung in den Werken hinsichtlich Qualität, Lieferperformance und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Kooperative und zielorientierte Führung der Abteilungsleiter sowie Impulsgeber für Weiterentwicklungen
  • Vertrauensvolle und zukunftsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den anderen Bereichen
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Persönlichkeit mit hoher Werteorientierung und kooperativem/ergebnisorientiertem Führungsstil
  • Aktives und zielorientiertes Handeln mit hoher Eigenverantwortlichkeit
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und englische Sprachkenntnisse
