Market Place Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Place Sales Representative to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners, driving brand visibility, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular in-store visits to our strategic wholesale partners to build strong relationships with floor staff and amplify our brand.
- Audit each visit using the GSC tool and communicate opportunities and challenges to key stakeholders in real-time.
- Identify new business opportunities while in the markets and follow up to drive growth.
- Engage store and floor managers to generate location improvements, space gains, and local channel marketing opportunities.
- Lead the commercial roll-out of new Shop in Shop initiatives and refits.
- Update and implement marketing materials and campaigns on our wholesale shop floors.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs on a weekly basis.
- Deliver floor team product trainings and execute visual merchandising in line with our global guidelines.
- Critical communication loop with sales teams, retail operations teams, and internal cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising, preferably at a supervisor level or above.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full valid driving license.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and flexible approach.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and contribute to delivering commercial KPIs.
- Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
