Executive Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Berlin-based HR consultancy for startups, we specialise in finding top talent for high-growth, VC-backed startups and scaleups in Germany. Our extensive network helps us find talent quickly. Our founder is a serial entrepreneur with experience at companies like Goldman Sachs and Rocket Internet.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities- Plan, execute and oversee recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and client satisfaction.
- Develop project plans and schedules, tracking key performance indicators and progress.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure projects meet expectations.
- Coordinate the recruitment team and distribute feedback on the hiring process between clients and recruiters.
- Prior experience in project management, preferably in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent English communication skills and fluency in German is preferred.
- Strong organisational, time-management and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with common software applications.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
