Food & Beverage Cost Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities...
- You will take charge of calculating the pricing for menus and beverages, factoring in new order costs, inventory levels, and additional items.
- Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices will be a crucial part of your role.
- You will conduct inventory assessments and assist with regular stocktaking.
- Providing data, values, and calculations will enable effective F&B forecasting.
- Collaboration with hotel management and purchasing teams will be essential for trend forecasting, inventory control, and purchase optimization.
- Professional communication with suppliers, both verbally and in writing, will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for the F&B department.
- Generating reports and statistical analyses will be part of your responsibilities.
- Identifying and documenting discrepancies will be necessary to maintain accuracy.
- Confidentiality is paramount, and you will handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
