Food and Beverage Cost Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial performance of our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate menu and drink prices, taking into account the prices of new orders, inventory, and other items.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and support the inventory management process.
- Provide financial data and analysis to enable a realistic F&B forecast.
- Collaborate with hotel management and purchasing managers to forecast trends, control inventories, and optimize purchases.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
- Serve as a knowledgeable contact person for the F&B department.
- Prepare reports and statistics to support business decisions.
- Identify and document discrepancies.
- Commercial or hotel management vocational training, or a business degree, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Excel calculations.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English language proficiency.
