About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial performance of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate menu and drink prices, taking into account the prices of new orders, inventory, and other items.
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and support the inventory management process.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to enable a realistic F&B forecast.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and purchasing managers to forecast trends, control inventories, and optimize purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable contact person for the F&B department.
  • Prepare reports and statistics to support business decisions.
  • Identify and document discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Commercial or hotel management vocational training, or a business degree, or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in Excel calculations.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent English language proficiency.
  • A winning attitude, a can-do approach, and a hands-on mentality.
