Role Overview
The Global Selling Team is on the lookout for a Client Relationship Manager to support and oversee strategic third-party Sellers from Europe as they expand their reach globally through Amazon.


Key Responsibilities
The Client Relationship Manager will be tasked with conducting comprehensive business analyses and effectively managing key Seller accounts.

  • Recruit and oversee European Sellers while developing and implementing account management tools to assess their performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison for these essential partners, managing daily interactions and ensuring they are well-versed in Amazon's selling tools and offerings.
  • Identify avenues to enhance Sellers' revenue across Amazon's various marketplaces.
  • Ensure that Sellers adhere to Amazon's high standards for customer experience, providing guidance for corrective actions when necessary.
  • Gather feedback and requests from Sellers, escalating issues that hinder their growth, and collaborating with teams across the organization to prioritize and implement timely solutions.


Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-driven team player with a proactive approach, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, with a strategic and tactical mindset, paying close attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated experience in crafting innovative ideas and solutions to address typical and complex challenges in a competitive business landscape.
  • Proven quantitative analytical skills and project management expertise, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
