Position Overview
Are you passionate about fostering the growth of businesses? Amazon is seeking an Account Manager to be part of its Global Selling (EU>US) Marketplace Team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the success of our Selling Partners.

Amazon has a rich legacy of providing customers with an extensive selection of products, enabling them to discover and purchase virtually anything online.

Role Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be based in Germany and will focus on recruiting, supporting, and managing strategic third-party Sellers from Europe as they expand their businesses globally through Amazon.

  • Recruitment and Management: You will identify and onboard European Sellers, developing and implementing tools to monitor their performance effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary contact for key partners, you will oversee daily interactions, ensuring they are well-versed in Amazon's selling tools and services.
  • Revenue Growth: You will pinpoint opportunities to enhance Sellers' revenue across Amazon's various marketplaces.
  • Customer Experience Standards: Ensuring compliance with Amazon's high customer experience standards, you will assist Sellers in making necessary adjustments.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collecting feedback from Sellers and addressing issues that hinder their growth will be essential, as you drive cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement solutions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with strategic and tactical thinking, paying attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated experience in crafting innovative solutions in a competitive business landscape.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and project management capabilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and detail orientation.
