Role Responsibilities
The Amazon Global Selling Team is looking for an Account Manager based in Germany to take on a vital role in recruiting, supporting, and managing strategic third-party Sellers from Europe as they expand their businesses globally with Amazon.

  • Recruitment and Management: You will be responsible for identifying and managing European Sellers while developing and implementing account management tools to assess their performance.
  • Main Point of Contact: As Amazon's primary liaison for these key partners, you will oversee the daily interactions with them, ensuring they are well-versed in Amazon's selling tools and our diverse range of products and services.
  • Revenue Growth: You will pinpoint opportunities to enhance the Sellers' revenue across Amazon's various marketplaces.
  • Customer Experience Standards: Ensuring that these Sellers meet Amazon's high customer experience standards will be a key part of your role, and you will assist them in making necessary adjustments when needed.
  • Feedback Collection: You will gather feedback and requests from Sellers, escalating any issues that hinder their growth and collaborating with teams across the business to prioritize and implement timely solutions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing, particularly in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, balancing strategic and tactical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing innovative ideas and solutions in a competitive business landscape.
