We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our efforts in representing the Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit at BMW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing external and internal relationships to identify profitable growth opportunities at BMW.

As a member of Koch Industries, one of the largest private companies in the world, you will have access to a wide range of development opportunities across different companies, markets, and locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on assigned OEM account (BMW), with in-depth knowledge of Connected Mobile Technologies, products, organizations, processes, etc.
  • Represent the Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit in front of the customer.
  • Act as the Business Unit representative, serving as the voice of the customer.
  • Conduct sales processes for the Segment.
  • Build relationships with OEM CMS core teams, particularly Procurement, Quality, and R&D.
  • Filter out real opportunities and trends, working with Product Management to create opportunities to be won.
  • Collect business information from BMW for Connected Mobile solutions, including Technical Requirements, Specifications, Design Trends, and Market trends. Analyze this information and develop new development opportunities with Product Management.
  • Create a strategy for CMS revenue and profit growth, leading the team to achieve the goal.
  • Ensure Molex's advanced technology and products are introduced and accepted by OEM, generating more opportunities and securing existing business.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field (Engineering preferred).
  • Familiarity with connected mobile business and OEM requirements.
  • Strong business and market sense, with negotiation skills to achieve business goals and solve problems for a win-win scenario.
  • Strong analytical and executive abilities, with clear strategic direction, to lead the team in creating plans and implementing positive results.
  • English communication skills to express opinions and facts accurately internally and externally.
  • Experience working with BMW.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • SAP experience.
  • Commercial experience with Cost Analysis and Quote Development.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Master's degree.
  • Willingness to travel (less than 20%).
