As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection to our product, delivering effective solutions that satisfy travelers worldwide. Your customer-centric mindset will help you provide first-class customer service to our travelers and work on projects to improve guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms.
- Support the Customer Experience team to improve day-to-day work, bringing new ideas and suggestions.
- Effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in different projects and collaborate with other teams to evolve our products.
Requirements:
- Passion to provide amazing guest experiences.
- Strong writing and speaking skills in German and English.
- Empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and execute innovative ideas.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
