Your future role at HomeToGo

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection to our product, delivering effective solutions that satisfy travelers worldwide. Your customer-centric mindset will help you provide first-class customer service to our travelers and work on projects to improve guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms.
  • Support the Customer Experience team to improve day-to-day work, bringing new ideas and suggestions.
  • Effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in different projects and collaborate with other teams to evolve our products.

Requirements:

  • Passion to provide amazing guest experiences.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in German and English.
  • Empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and execute innovative ideas.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
