About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Digital Experience Strategist to join our team in Berlin.
As a Digital Experience Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our clients' digital user experience.
You'll work closely with our content, paid advertising, SEO, and experience teams to develop innovative strategies for complex client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product portfolio for Total Experience solutions and establish diva-e as a thought leader in this area.
- Develop and implement customer-centric go-to-market strategies for our Total Experience (TX) services.
- Act as the internal evangelist for Total Experience.
- Position Total Experience externally as a solution for effective customer engagement and optimization of digital measures.
- Represent diva-e at pitches, client meetings, and events, and position the company as a market leader in CX and Total Experience.
- Identify market trends and analyze customer feedback to optimize our portfolio.
- Support sales and customer success management in creating offers and presentations, working closely with clients to understand their needs and find suitable solutions.
Requirements
We're looking for a team player with:
- Several years of experience in digital products and services, including customer experience, digital growth, or full-funnel marketing.
- Experience in product management or product marketing, as well as sales or consulting with large clients.
- A passion for building thought leadership in CX/TX and staying up-to-date with digital trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
- International experience is a plus.
