The Role
  • You will be the first point of contact for our merchants and corporate customers, handling their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • You will work closely with our risk, product, and tech teams to develop tailored solutions and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • As a Second-Line Support specialist, you will handle advanced tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • You will contribute significantly to the customer experience and satisfaction at Billie, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • You will work flexibly from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, in a hybrid work environment (office/home office).

How You Can Contribute
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or in sales and customer service.
  • Experience in call centers or sales would be an asset.
  • You should be interested in complex technical products, innovations, and startups in the fintech sector.
  • You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You should have excellent communication skills to support merchants and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • You should be fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Your work style should be detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
