The Role- You will be the first point of contact for our merchants and corporate customers, handling their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- You will work closely with our risk, product, and tech teams to develop tailored solutions and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- As a Second-Line Support specialist, you will handle advanced tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- You will contribute significantly to the customer experience and satisfaction at Billie, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- You will work flexibly from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, in a hybrid work environment (office/home office).

- A competitive salary of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

- You should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or in sales and customer service.
- Experience in call centers or sales would be an asset.

- You should have excellent communication skills to support merchants and internal stakeholders effectively.
- You should be fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
