Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:
- In Deinem Team, welches aus maximal 20 Kundenberatern (m/w/d) besteht, gestaltest Du aktiv den hohen Service im Kundenkontakt mit
- Du stellst eine aktive Kundenberatung sicher und sorgst für eine Transparenz der Beratungsergebnisse
- Du befähigst dein Team für eine herausragende Beratungsleistung
- Du kannst Dein Team für neue Ziele und Ideen begeistern und weiterentwickeln
Dein Profil – Damit begeisterst Du uns:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ oder abgeschlossenes Studium
- Du hast als Führungskraft bereits Erfahrungen in einer kundennahen Position gesammelt.
- Du bringst Geduld und Empathie für Deine Gesprächspartner mit und hast Spaß an der professionellen Kundenberatung
- Du hast ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und überzeugst durch deine positive Art
- Du bist mobil und hast kein Problem damit, auch in gewissen Anteilen zu reisen
