Job SummaryWe are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Health Solutions & Partners (HS&P) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing successful sales strategies, building relationships with influential decision-makers, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and C-Suite executives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs
- Facilitate contract negotiations and create bundled product and service offerings
- Lead the strategic account mapping and planning process to drive mutual performance objectives and financial targets
- Coordinate involvement of Boston's divisions and functions to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
- Monitor market trends and reimbursement systems to inform sales strategies
- Sell ADVANTICSTM portfolio of Services & Solutions and build long-term partnerships with key accounts
- Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of healthcare market trends
- Advanced education degree (Masters)
- 5-10 years of sales experience, including business development and project management
- Fluent German and proficient English language skills
- Relationship building and customer engagement skills (C-level)
- Change management and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills to resolve complex issues
