Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Health Solutions & Partners (HS&P) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing successful sales strategies, building relationships with influential decision-makers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and C-Suite executives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and create bundled product and service offerings
  • Lead the strategic account mapping and planning process to drive mutual performance objectives and financial targets
  • Coordinate involvement of Boston's divisions and functions to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Monitor market trends and reimbursement systems to inform sales strategies
  • Sell ADVANTICSTM portfolio of Services & Solutions and build long-term partnerships with key accounts
  • Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of market trends and their impact on sales activities
Requirements
  • Advanced education degree (Masters)
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, including business development and project management
  • Fluent German and proficient English language skills
  • Relationship building and customer engagement skills (C-level)
  • Change management and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and influence across teams
