Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Monitor reimbursement trends and develop strategies to maintain BSC products in the reimbursement system
Requirements:
  • Advanced education degree (Masters)
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, including business development
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Project management experience in healthcare
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
  • Change management and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex issues
