Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis to inform sales strategies
- Monitor reimbursement trends and develop strategies to maintain BSC products in the reimbursement system
- Advanced education degree (Masters)
- 5-10 years of sales experience, including business development
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Project management experience in healthcare
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Change management and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills to resolve complex issues
