We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure seamless last mile delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
- Guide DSPs as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have resources in place to effectively ramp-up operations and prepare for peak periods.
- Support DSPs as they onboard to the program and prepare to launch.
- Coach DSPs to run compliant, safe, and high-performing companies.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and work to formulate and implement operational improvements at the network level.
- Develop the relationship between Amazon and our DSP partners.
- Communicate effectively with DSP business owners and OTR partners.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior professional experience in Operations, Last Mile, or account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.
- Experience working with third-party resources on a regional/national scale.
- Experience working with a contingent workforce in a business with peak seasons.
- Strong analytical capability and track record of digging into data and finding solutions for operational problems.
- C1+ level of English and German.
- Experience leading process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Experience project planning in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication (public speaking and writing) skills.
- Proven experience of helping teams achieve goals.
