Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Filial Manager (m/w/d) to lead a team of 20-40 employees in one of our retail stores. As a Filial Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high-quality customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
