Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to lead our stores to success as a Store Manager at Lidl Freienbrink Nord. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong team, managing store operations, and ensuring high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a store with a team of 20-40 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Analyze key performance indicators and optimize store workflows to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the implementation of store concepts for excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and service quality, aligning with our company's standards.
• Lead by example and actively participate in daily store operations, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Focus on training and development of staff, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Requirements:

• Several years of retail experience with leadership background, preferably in a similar role.
• Team player with strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire team members.
• Decisiveness and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Flexible availability for 5 days per week, with the ability to work a varied schedule as needed.
