About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Station ACES Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland E4 Transport GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, you will play a critical role in driving major projects to standardize our processes and improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current operations and develop data-led solutions for long-term improvements.
  • Establish frameworks to optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, cost, and other factors.
  • Share ideas on how processes can be improved and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams.
  • Regularly review optimality and offer data-driven solutions for changes that will drive long-term improvements.
  • Ensure year-on-year, double-digit growth in shipped volume.
About the Team

As part of the ACES team, we work to continually improve the Amazon Logistics experience. We look after high-impact initiatives and help develop, roll out, and maintain logistics-focused projects. Recent examples include launching and expanding micro-mobility delivery across Europe and electric vehicle delivery.

We use data-driven tools to identify areas for improvement and reduce waste across the business. Our team supports field operations to launch new programs and technology-based solutions across Europe, helping them meet customer demand and drive customer-focused innovation.

We're responsible for raising the bar for our learning teams and making the onboarding experience for Associates, Delivery Partners, and Managers as engaging as possible.

There are many opportunities within the ACES team, so we welcome people with a broad range of skillsets.

We work across a network of 200+ delivery stations to make sure everything from onboarding to delivery methods is as effective as possible.

Requirements
  • A degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, mathematics, economics, physics, or another technical field.
  • Hands-on experience working in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
  • Able to demonstrate communication skills and management capabilities.
  • Track record of proven analytical thinking and decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling multiple ongoing projects effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Track record of process improvement.
  • Experience in project or programme management.
  • Experience in analytical tool building.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
