Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Global People and Culture Strategy
    • Align our People and Culture strategy with our business goals and support our growth ambitions.
  • Nurture a Positive Corporate Culture
    • Foster innovation, collaboration, and employee satisfaction through our corporate culture.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development
    • Develop and execute programs for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
    • Promote leadership and employee growth through targeted training and development initiatives.
  • Policy Development and Compliance
    • Design and implement policies and procedures related to recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
    • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across the company.
    • Develop and oversee initiatives that enhance diversity and inclusion.
  • Employee Engagement and Feedback
    • Monitor employee satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
    • Implement measures to improve employee engagement.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and coach the People and Culture team.
    • Foster a positive team dynamic and continuously improve people processes.
  • Communication and Budget Management
    • Ensure open and effective communication between management and employees.
    • Organize employee events and activities.
    • Oversee budget planning and maintain responsibility for the People and Culture budget.

    About You
    • Several years of experience in People and Culture management and organizational development in a leadership role.
    • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR qualifications are a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of People and Culture strategy, employment law, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee development.
    • Experience in leading and motivating teams as well as developing leaders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting People and Culture data and deriving strategic actions.
    • Experience in change management and successfully implementing change processes.
    • Passion for shaping and maintaining a positive culture, with the ability to create a work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
