The HR Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the Director and the Group HR Manager, providing essential HR support to line managers in a versatile role. This position is vital as the company navigates a pivotal phase of its development and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of all employee documentation and HR templates.
- Draft and modify employment agreements and related documents.
- Provide guidance to line managers on various HR issues.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage related processes.
- Support the creation of policies and the execution of training programs.
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and perform reference checks.
- Administer the local recruitment process.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on administration.
- Proven experience in a diverse, global business environment.
- A diploma in Human Resources is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
