**Job Title:** Head of Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team at Ericsson Deutschland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative activities related to the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and long service awards.
  • Draft and negotiate employee offers, employment contracts, and agreements within a set framework.
  • Deliver remuneration, payroll, and immigration administration services.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and administrative procedures.
  • Provide operational knowledge and support to projects and business deliverables.
  • Support process modeling and propose improvements on People and other processes and tools.
  • Manage invoicing and manual payments, including follow-up and escalation resolution.
  • Maintain day-to-day cooperation and contact with external parties.
  • Prepare SOX (payroll) controls as needed.
  • Facilitate and perform data audits as needed.
  • Participate in testing of any People/ internal company-related systems (UAT, business test).
  • Keep local documentation and information sources up to date.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and statistics as needed.
  • Ensure legal compliance of legislation (data privacy, data management, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or other relevant fields, or comparable educational background.
  • Anticipated overall years of professional experience: applications from recent graduates with HR internship experience are welcome as well.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Full proficiency in English and German language.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive mindset with a strong process improvement attitude.
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, and problem-solving skills, financial acumen.
  • Ability to work constructively and effectively in a team environment across geographies and time zones.
  • Experience in multinational matrix companies is desirable.
  • Experience in navigating HR systems, such as SuccessFactors (SF), is desirable.
