Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Expert to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new processes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Collect business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Process Development: Develop and improve state-of-the-art processes, clear rules, and guidance, and establish them in the process house and functional roadmap.
  • Change Management: Support process owners to build and regularly update the functional roadmap, propose own ideas to advance the current process landscape, and describe improvement ideas in project charters or change requests.
  • Process Optimization: Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to turn the organization into a leaner organization.
  • Workshops and Training: Lead and manage dedicated workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA, and lead change management activities such as documentation, training, and roll-out.
  • Industry Expertise: Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN AG and identify industry standards for adoption.
  • Market Screening: Screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study.
  • Experience: Profound professional experience in operational units/process organizations in a comparable environment with focus on Sales.
  • Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes, deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes, project management, and successful change management.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.), LEAN, and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent English and German skills.
