Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Design and improve state-of-the-art processes, establish clear rules and guidance, and maintain the process house and functional roadmap
- Support process owners in building and updating the functional roadmap, proposing ideas to advance the current process landscape
- Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to drive organizational efficiency
- Develop and document improvement ideas in project charters and change requests
- Lead dedicated workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA
- Manage change management activities, including documentation, training, and roll-out
- Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN AG and identify industry standards for adoption
- Screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study
- Profound professional experience in operational units/process organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on Sales
- Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes
- Deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes
- Experience in project management and successful Change Management
- Good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.)
- Experience in LEAN and the LEAN methods, Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Knowledge in Sales processes, Marketing processes, and/or in Order Processing/Customer Service processes is a plus
- Analytic thinking and modelling skills are among your strengths
- Fluent English and German skills
