Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Engineer e-Mobility to join our team of REPXPERTs. This role will focus on developing our e-mobility training offer, working closely with a global team of trainers to bring Technical Training in the Automotive Aftermarket to a new level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global Schaeffler Aftermarket Training offer with a focus on e-mobility and diagnostics
  • Coordinate training measures globally, collaborating with regional training heads and monitoring success using suitable KPIs
  • Create and execute offline, online, and hybrid trainings for internal colleagues and at international fairs
  • Collect garage requirements, conceptualize, produce, and roll out new training content with a team of technical content specialists
  • Further develop the trainer role, skill set, and available tools
  • Develop new e-mobility repair solutions and support materials with product experts
  • Strengthen Aftermarket diagnostics competence, particularly in e-mobility repair solutions
  • Project Management: oversee time, scope, budget, and quality within defined project goals, collaborating globally on training topics, especially e-mobility
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Quality, Warranty, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing, providing technical support and consulting
Requirements
  • Several years of hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic
  • Completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, business administration, or similar
  • Experience in Training in the IAM or on OEM side, with a proven track record of developing excellent training courses
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology, especially diagnostics, with expertise in diagnostics supplier development processes
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and content editing tools, with experience in creating engaging e-Learnings
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, with additional languages beneficial
  • Strong conceptional and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate globally, with international work experience beneficial
  • Agile mindset, intercultural sensitivity, resilience, and a strong team-player with a forward-thinking approach
