Technical Training Specialist e-Mobility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Specialist e-Mobility to join our team at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket. As a key member of our global training team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our e-mobility training offer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for global Schaeffler Aftermarket Training, focusing on e-mobility and diagnostics.
- Coordinate global training measures in collaboration with regional training heads and monitor success using suitable KPIs.
- Create and execute offline, online, and hybrid trainings for internal colleagues and at international fairs.
- Collect garage requirements, conceptualize, produce, and roll out new training content with a team of technical content specialists.
- Further develop the trainer role, skill set, and available tools.
- Develop new e-mobility repair solutions and support materials with product experts.
- Strengthen our Aftermarket diagnostics competence, especially in e-mobility repair solutions.
- Project Management: responsible for time, scope, budget, and quality within defined project goals, global collaboration in training topics, especially around e-mobility.
- Closely collaborate with departments such as Quality, Warranty, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing, and support/consult in technical topics.
- Several years of hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic.
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, business administration, or similar.
- Several years of experience in Training in the IAM or on OEM side with proven experience in developing excellent training courses.
- Very good experience in automotive technology, especially diagnostics. Ideally expert knowledge about the development processes on diagnostics supplier side.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office. Experience in content editing tools as well as specific software to create exciting e-Learnings is beneficial.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages beneficial.
- Strong conceptional and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate globally, international work experience is beneficial.
- Agile mindset, intercultural sensitivity, resilient, strong team-player with a forward-thinking approach.
