About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Legal Document Management Specialist to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and drafting of legal documents, as well as implementing legal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Partner Legal in the preparation and drafting of contracts and other legal documents, including coordination of signature processes.
  • Prepare and organize notary appointments and communicate with courts and authorities.
  • Organize apostilles and legalizations in cooperation with embassies and competent authorities.
  • Provide administrative support in the organization of committee meetings.
  • Draft standard legal documents and simple contracts, and develop templates as required.
  • Conduct training courses in German/English on various legally relevant topics, such as document execution and organization of apostilles/legalizations.
  • Support the KWS legal department in the development, maintenance, implementation, and improvement of internal legal processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed training with a legal and/or business management focus, e.g. paralegal, commercial lawyer, or similar.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the legal field, ideally in a global industrial environment.
  • Confident handling of MS Office application programs and high IT affinity.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Very good written and oral German and English skills.
  • Strong willingness to cooperate and team player mentality.
  • Enjoy communicating with stakeholders in an international working environment.
  • Reliable and independent way of working with an eye for detail.
  • High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, sense of responsibility, and commitment.
