Our Global Legal & IP Team

We are seeking an experienced Expert Legal Operations Specialist to join our global Legal & IP team at KWS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing state-of-the-art digital software solutions for the legal area, standardizing and optimizing processes, and developing standard contracts and other legal documents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement digital legal software solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Optimize and continuously develop processes and IT structures of the KWS legal department
  • Develop and implement standard contracts and clauses for the entire KWS Group
  • Provide high-quality legal advice on corporate law matters and group law topics
  • Ensure consistent corporate housekeeping for the KWS Group
  • Develop and process inter-company contracts and structures
  • Coordinate interface topics with other KWS Global & Group Functions
  • Monitor legal developments with potential group-wide relevance
  • Develop and implement group-wide legal guidelines and processes

Requirements

  • Fully qualified lawyer, Master of Laws, business lawyer, or comparable degree
  • Experience in legal operations and legal tech, with a high affinity for IT
  • Experience in corporate law in a global industry environment is an advantage
  • Ability to provide legally sound and pragmatic advice
  • Excellent customer orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with different target groups and hierarchical levels
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and independent, structured way of working
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
