Fund Operations Manager - Semi Liquid (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager - Semi-Liquids to focus on building and launching Moonfare's private markets semi-liquid offering. As a key member of our Fund Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the conceptualisation and development of our new European semi-liquid product.

You will:

  • Lead the operational implementation of Moonfare's new European private markets semi-liquid program, a key component of our 2024 objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Fund Operations to establish a common operating framework for managing the semi-liquid offer, including portfolio optimisation, valuation procedures, liquidity management, and risk management.
  • Provide reporting, valuation, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Work on innovative private markets products and streamline and automate internal processes.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to drive new initiatives and investigate new business opportunities and products for Moonfare to capitalise on.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 5+ years of professional experience with semi-liquid funds and servicing these, as well as broad knowledge of private markets.
  • Displays a strong work ethic, constant curiosity, and a desire to learn and succeed.
  • Has project management experience, preferably with Jira, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills and experience with database systems such as Tableau, fund admin tools, and portfolio management tools.
  • Values teamwork, structure, and brings a positive mindset to work.
  • Is a clear and concise communicator with fluency in English.
