Your Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of exceptional services to our customers, acting as the primary point of contact for Account Management and driving continuous improvements in pre and post-onboarding.
- Oversee the execution of complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting, with unwavering commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with experts to enhance our operative model, focusing on quality, speed, and overall effectiveness.
- Own the onboarding process for at least two fund migrations and two new fund setups, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Identify areas for improvement that drive down time of delivery and increase client satisfaction in entity setup, LP onboarding, capital call, and reporting setup execution.
- Challenge existing internal tools and suggest ways to improve collaboration within the team.
- 3+ years of experience in dynamic environments like consulting, VC, or law, with a strong skillset in project management and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of fund services and operations or experience in fund law, including a key understanding of fund structures and ability to review LPAs.
- Strong client-first attitude and experience communicating with customers.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Curiosity and proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Motivation to join a Series A startup and commitment to delivering high-quality results with diligence.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
