About the Job

We are seeking a Project Manager for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU) to liaise with internal business teams and deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.

This role involves developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitoring and reporting on progress; and collaborating with IT Operations and Digital Factory divisions for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor and report on progress
  • Collaborate with business team members to measure project progress, resolve issues, and deliver on time
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion of project tasks
  • Manage change requests and identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2-4 years relevant project management experience
  • Fluency in English (any other languages considered an asset)
  • Knowledge of the Fund Industry (a plus)
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various technical teams

Estimated Salary Range: €55,000 - €85,000 per year
