Operational Coordinator for Financial Services

AXIS Group is offering a challenging opportunity for an experienced operational coordinator to join their Life LPS Back-Office department.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that involves providing administrative support for contracts distributed in LPS. As an operational coordinator, you will work closely with a team to manage customer and intermediary needs, ensuring compliance with current standards and anti-money laundering procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather Requirements: Identify and formalize customer and intermediary needs through effective communication and coordination.
  • Compliance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to verify acceptance or membership conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Management: Coordinate actions to set up new subscriptions, issue and generate contracts, and manage surrenders, arbitrages, and contract modifications.
  • Document Processing: Check and send documents to customers and partners efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Respond to telephone calls from customers and partners regarding current operations.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to adapt and develop operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Junior Training: Provide guidance and training to junior back-office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: BAC +3 in economics, management, or finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken French and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organization, rigor, and reliability; good commercial sense and telephone skills; critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Discretion, customer focus, ability to work independently, team spirit, availability, and flexibility.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong command of the Office pack.

As an AXIS Group employee, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
