Business Development Strategist

Job Description
As a Business Development Strategist, you will support our Fleet department in key, high-impact projects and day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with our Fleet Chief of Staff and management team, gaining insights into the company's operations, particularly fleet purchasing and remarketing, while contributing to broader business growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive your own projects and tasks: At FINN, you will receive responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
- Assist the Chief of Staff and management team with key business development initiatives, providing hands-on support for daily challenges.
- Continuously assess and improve our current processes to maximize efficiency and scalability, helping us build the best possible version of FINN with world-class, data-driven processes enabling a smoothly running organization.
Requirements
- You are pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
