We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IAM strategy, roadmap, and initiatives that support organizational goals and achieve security targets.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless integration of IAM with key business processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive IAM adoption and ensure effective implementation.
As our ideal candidate, you should have extensive experience in enterprise-wide IAM projects, particularly in large organizations. You should possess strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design, and Operations, including LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAUTH, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST.
You will also be responsible for managing enterprise-wide employee identities and access rights, developing detailed IAM metrics for reporting to executive leadership teams, and ensuring continuous monitoring of performance metrics to drive process improvement.
Key Requirements- Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 proficiency)
- More than 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM projects, particularly in large organizations
- Experience in integrating applications with IAM systems along with custom connector development
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
