Develop Technical Competencies in a Dynamic Environment

Epiroc is a leading manufacturer for the mining and infrastructure industries, and we're looking for a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team in the Customer Center Europe West. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing the technical competencies of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop or provide training modules based on the analysis of training needs in coordination with the Global Training team.
  • Involve Business Line Managers, Technical Support Manager, Business Development Manager, and Territory Manager in the analysis of training needs, including monitoring of competency mapping, development, and implementation of a training strategy to ensure adequate technical support.
  • Record all technical training data, including the number of hours of training and the evaluation of results.
  • Work cooperatively with all departments to address problem areas and stimulate sales.
  • Produce a monthly report regarding training activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in mining and construction technique.
  • Experience as a trainer.
  • Very good user level of IT tools.
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
