Your Role
As a Sales Professional, you will develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consulting conversations. You will actively seek out new and existing customers and present our service portfolio (temporary employment, work and service contracts). You will identify the personnel needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our candidates. You will create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations. You will win and manage our project employees and have disciplinary leadership responsibility. You will actively contribute to the strategy and implementation of our regional company goals.
The Next Level
No cold start: You can expect 2 days of welcome days and many other individual training sessions, coaching, and e-learning from our ABLEacademy. No one-man show: You will have a mentor and support from a back office team. No ceiling: You will receive an uncapped success participation, 30 vacation days, vacation pay, and shopping discounts. Main Thing Sales
No fear of technical sales Your talent is sales, the rest we'll teach you. You have first experience in personal customer contact and new customer acquisition. You have a completed vocational training or a university degree. You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and a driving license of class B. You bring a passion for networking and through your communicative skills, you can inspire others.
