Senior People Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Scientist to join our Global People Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire analysis cycle, from gathering business requirements to presenting insights and recommending actions to senior stakeholders.
- Translate everyday business problems into measurable research questions.
- Lead specific analytical projects to support the overall People Analytics and P&C team goals and objectives.
- Steer and influence the team's direction and design KPIs and OKRs.
- Co-own the People data domain and be the point of contact for this part of DH's data.
- Work closely with your manager and the global people analytics community to maintain a healthy pipeline of People Analytics initiatives.
- Select appropriate methodologies and techniques to analyze data and extract insights for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with analysts and data scientists in other teams to learn new methodologies and share best practices.
- Play a critical role in upskilling the analytics capabilities of the P&C at scale and ensuring that all Heroes can correctly interpret People data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other technical fields.
- Background working in similar data-driven roles and 5+ years of experience in People analytics.
- Proven experience in using data and analytical tools to develop models and algorithms.
- Able to identify the most appropriate statistical technique or machine learning algorithm to answer a given business question.
- Advanced understanding of statistics and basic principles of data analysis.
- Great storytelling skills and ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
