Senior People Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the data warehouse architecture, ensuring seamless system integration and data compliance.
- Develop and standardize People KPIs across local teams, and implement automated reporting solutions for streamlined data visualization and analysis.
- Use advanced analytics to uncover meaningful patterns in people data, and develop data science models that provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with local teams for global reporting of key metrics, ensuring a unified and reliable data source for strategic decisions.
- Provide training and support to drive the adoption of new BI tools and reporting practices, enhancing overall data literacy and user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar People/HR data-driven role.
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of data pipelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields.
- Proven experience with Tableau and storytelling capabilities.
- Data visualization skills to create engaging ways of visualizing People data.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Fundamental understanding of statistics and basic principles of data analysis.
