About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our People Analytics Team. As Vinted continues to expand with new products, locations, and increasing complexity, there is a growing need for data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making within Human Resources.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging data to understand employee trends, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of effective HR initiatives. Your analytical skills and passion for people analytics will contribute to creating a positive and thriving work environment at Vinted.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze employee data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate key insights to HR stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in people analytics and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
