About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our data warehouse, integrating new systems, and ensuring data privacy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build the architecture and infrastructure of our data warehouse
  • Define and align People KPIs across local teams
  • Implement automated reporting solutions for streamlined data visualization and analysis
  • Use advanced analytics to uncover meaningful patterns in people data
  • Develop data science models that provide actionable insights

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar People/HR data-driven role
  • Advanced SQL and knowledge about data pipelines
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields
  • Proven experience with Tableau and storytelling capabilities
  • Data visualization skills and ability to create engaging ways of visualizing people data
