Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build the architecture and infrastructure of our data warehouse
- Define and align People KPIs across local teams
- Implement automated reporting solutions for streamlined data visualization and analysis
- Use advanced analytics to uncover meaningful patterns in people data
- Develop data science models that provide actionable insights
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar People/HR data-driven role
- Advanced SQL and knowledge about data pipelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields
- Proven experience with Tableau and storytelling capabilities
- Data visualization skills and ability to create engaging ways of visualizing people data
