Senior People Data Analyst RoleWe're seeking a talented Senior People Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to provide actionable insights that shape strategic decisions across the organization.
Your Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze data from various human resources systems and sources, including HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, employee surveys, and industry benchmarks.
- Identify current trends and patterns within People data to provide insights into areas such as recruitment, talent management, workforce demographics, turnover rates, performance metrics, and employee engagement. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain key People metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform strategic decisions related to human resources and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that optimize the employee experience and drive organizational success.
- Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR analytics, such as predictive modeling, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the HR analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards when handling sensitive HR data, maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times.
- 4+ years of experience as an analyst in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful HR data projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages.
