Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Sales - Ferienwohnungen

Overview:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships
  • Strong background in economic or technical fields, with a focus on business development
  • Experience in the online travel industry or account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and excellent English skills in writing and speaking
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with product management, IT, and management teams to drive business development initiatives
  • Acquiring and supporting new partners during the integration phase, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery
  • Closely supporting and developing existing partnerships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Defining and creating key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to monitor and optimize partner accounts
  • Analyzing and improving product and offer information provided by partners to enhance customer experience
