As a seasoned sales leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 4 Account Executives, scaling the team, and strategically optimizing productivity. You'll work closely with our VP of Sales to drive sales rigor and coach our team on the MEDDICC and Value sales frameworks.

If you're a native German speaker with a proven track record in SaaS enterprise sales, a passion for closing deals, and a hands-on approach to sales leadership, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a team of 4 Account Executives
* Scale the team and strategically optimize productivity
* Implement sales rigor and coach on MEDDICC and Value sales frameworks
* Report to VP of Sales

**Requirements:**

* Native German language speaker
* 2+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives who closed 6-figure deals
* 3+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record
* Living and able to work from the Stuttgart, Frankfurt, or Munich regions
* Experienced in using and coaching MEDDICC and Value sales frameworks
* Hungry, driven personality with an absolute passion for closing deals
* Hands-on sales leader who thrives in a hyper-scaling environment

**What We Offer:**

* 200-220K OTE range (60/40 split) + company car
