Wir suchen eine Fachkraft für Business Development, die sich auf die Bereiche Vertrieb und Kommunikation spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams bei Angelroute wirst du uns bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Geschäftsstrategie unterstützen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben werden unter anderem umfassen:

  • Die Planung und Erstellung von Social Media Strategien sowie Posts
  • Die Pflege und Bearbeitung unserer Webseite
  • Die Planung und Erstellung von Newslettern
  • Die Erstellung von Artikeln für unseren Blog sowie Fachzeitschriften
  • Die Suchmaschinenoptimierung
  • Die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Schulungsmaterial, wie z.B. Video-Tutorials
  • Die Pflege und Bearbeitung unserer Kontaktdatenbanken
  • Die Planung und Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Veranstaltungen, wie z.B. Messen
  • Kundenbetreuung- und Akquise
Qualifikation

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir jemanden mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Ein laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL/Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eines verwandten/ vergleichbaren Studiengangs (vorzugsweise im höheren Bachelorsemester oder im Masterstudium)
  • Vorzugsweise bereits abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fischwirt*in
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen in folgenden Tools: Facebook Suite, Canvas, Framer, Figma, Mailchimp, Ubersuggest.
  • Vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen in SEO (Suchmaschinenoptimierung)
  • Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgezeichnetes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten im Team sowie mit Kunden
  • Interesse für die Angelbranche oder bestenfalls Mitglied in einem Angelverein
