We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team at Philips, a leading health technology company. As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing technical support strategies for our market-leading critical care and monitoring solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in Philips Central Station (PIC iX) and related product support processes.
- Consult with cross-functional teams, including R&D and field organizations, to drive improvements in product support and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and drive new ideas in solution support, challenging the status quo to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the field organization to understand customer needs and develop effective support strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in healthcare informatics, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Extensive technical expertise in healthcare informatics products and clinical applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle critical customer escalations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with proficiency in technologies such as Information Systems Networks, Microsoft technologies, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, driving corrective actions and new ideas.
