Business Development Representative

Oxolo GmbH is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
About the Role- Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and communicate the value of Oxolo's AI video generation solutions.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with AI and video generation technologies is advantageous.
- You must be self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is necessary.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales productivity tools.
- Candidate must be fluent in English.
